• Latchbolt retracts in 1 2 of a second with applied power. Removing power allows latch to be projected back to the extended position.
• No heating detectable with extended latch holdback.
• Field reversible for handing.
• Can be used in conjunction with any access control application using standard mortise locks.
• Creates a push pull operation that satisfies both in-swing and out-swing doors.
• Access controlled via an access control system or by physical key override.
• Environmentally friendly with low power requirements.
• Motorized latch retraction and spring back extension provides quiet operation.
• Smooth latch retraction with applied pressure of over 50lbs to the door.
